Nursing Assistant for Dementia Unit

JOB DUTIES We are currently developing the Mörbylånga model at our special residences. This is a model based on the vanguard method. At the center are the users' individual values and we as employees think about what we can stop doing to improve and simplify work tasks that do not directly or indirectly create value for the users. As an employee, you provide person-centered care and support based on the user's individual value. If you are a nursing assistant, you are also the fixed care contact and are responsible for the individual's implementation plan and for using/initiating working methods such as BPSD, senior alert, risk assessment, and life story when it is of value to the user. You are expected to function as a coordinator around the user's wishes and needs. Documentation is a central work task. The work also includes being able to perform delegated health and medical care tasks, certain service tasks such as laundry and cleaning, and participating in social activities with the users, both individually and in groups. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and/or has experience in care and support, as well as good experience with administrative tasks such as documentation. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, and has initiative. You should be developmental, driven, competent, and have good collaboration skills.
