Gårdby School is an F-6 school with an integrated recreational program consisting of 133 students. The school is located on the eastern side of Öland where the surrounding area offers accessible and beautiful nature as well as an environment characterized by exciting history. Gårdby School is "the small school with a big heart," where we work to ensure that all students succeed based on their individual circumstances, where health and well-being are central to each student reaching their full potential, and where staff act as guides and creators of motivation and security. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • During school hours, provide support to students during schoolwork and breaks. Collaborate with the mentor for planning and organizing the support work. • Together with the mentor and student health services, follow up on and develop the support work. • During recreational program hours, work according to schedule in the two recreational program units. • Together with colleagues in the recreational program, implement planned activities. QUALIFICATIONS • Licensed recreational instructor (fritidshem) • Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust • Works in a structured and solution-focused manner We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
