About the Position
As a workshop operator, you will work with finishing details and help ensure that products maintain high quality before moving forward in the process. The role is important for creating an efficient production flow and freeing up time for more specialized resources in the operation. Working hours are scheduled during daytime.
Your main tasks will include:
Polishing of parts
Grinding and sorting
Finishing of laser and water-cut parts
Simple quality inspections
Completion of products
Other occurring workshop work

About You
We are looking for someone who is practical, thorough, and enjoys working with your hands. You have a positive attitude to work, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.
To thrive in this role, we see that you are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves where needed. Previous experience from workshop or production is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities and willingness to learn.
Formal Qualifications
Experience from workshop, industry, or production
Experience with grinding, sorting, or finishing
Experience with quality inspections
Experience working with hand tools and workshop machinery
Forklift certification
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
