QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident in the project manager role and has experience independently driving construction projects from start to finish. You have a structured way of working, good communication skills, and enjoy interaction with tenants, colleagues, contractors, consultants, and authorities. As a person, you are self-driven, responsive, and solution-oriented. You build trust throughout the project phases and contribute to the team with collaboration, commitment, and an unpretentious approach. We want you to have: • At least five years of experience in project management within construction, property development, or a comparable field. • Relevant higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience with new construction and ROT projects, preferably with a focus on multi-family housing. • Knowledge of contractor law and relevant standard agreements, such as ABT 06, AB 04, or ABK 09. • Experience with public procurement according to LOU. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • B-level driver's license. It is advantageous if you have experience with: • BAS-P/BAS-U. • Processes related to tenant approval. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: Start according to agreement.
