Assistant's Role and Experience Our client is in his 30s and is looking for someone who is confident and has knowledge of low-affect interaction. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and attentive. Since the majority of the work is solo, it is important that you can take your own initiative. In your role as a personal assistant, you will be his right hand, helping with hygiene, meals, transfers, and other regular routines to meet the client's care needs. We would appreciate if you are an active person who enjoys going out on activities with the client. We are looking for someone who lives in the Uppsala region. We appreciate flexibility regarding work hours since the team manages staffing when someone is sick or on vacation—we support our client and each other. We require that you provide an extract from the criminal records register. Desirable Experience · Previous experience in personal assistance or healthcare and social services. · Previous experience with epilepsy, PEG, and PEP mask · Fluent Swedish in speech and writing · Fluent Swedish or English in speech and writing. Work Schedule/Employment Percentage · Start immediately. · Part-time position 75 - 80% · Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and nights. · We also offer wellness benefits.
