The Swedish Prison and Probation Service (SiS) is a government agency responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for youth with complex psychosocial problems and for adults with substance abuse. Job Description
In your work as a treatment secretary, you will primarily be responsible for treatment planning and documentation for approximately 10 clients during their LVM period. In close collaboration with clients, social services, and staff at Hornö, you ensure that clients receive the most relevant treatment interventions possible. When appropriate, you will also write SiS LVM assessments for "your" clients. To some extent, this also includes traveling, ensuring that rules are followed, and assisting with ward work when needed.
Qualifications
Relevant academic education such as social work, behavioral science, or other academic education of at least 180 credits that the employer deems equivalent is required. It is also required to have a driver's license (category B) and access to a car. It is advantageous if you have worked with treatment within substance abuse care, psychiatry, or similar fields.

You can work goal-oriented and have the ability to analyze and understand context based on the client's described situation, and from this develop appropriate treatment interventions. You understand the importance of courteous treatment and building a professional relationship with clients. Good collaboration skills with clients, colleagues, and partners are of utmost importance. You express yourself well verbally and in writing and communicate clearly. It is also important that you as a person can set boundaries and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, it is important to be able to work independently and with commitment, as well as contribute to our shared work satisfaction.
