The goal of your assignment is to motivate our youth/clients toward new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that routines in the department function as they should. You play a significant role in stability and security for our clients, and you are responsible for the basics of daily life such as cleaning, cooking, and more. You help maintain order and safety at the institution according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your work. You must also have: At least 2 years of post-secondary education from a folk high school or vocational school (KY/YH) or equivalent education. The education should be focused on social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or other relevant subject areas.* Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, for example within psychiatry, HVB activities, or care and welfare.
