We are seeking engaged and confident staff for our existing residential facility for children and youth according to LSS 9:8 in Eksjö.

Job Duties
As staff, your work tasks are based on the young people's individual needs for care and support. The work includes, among other things:
· guidance in daily life through clear structure, routines, and pedagogy
· support in activities and social contexts
· crisis intervention and supportive conversations
· documentation and record-keeping in the facility's systems
· daily residential tasks
· cooperation with schools, social services, BUP, and other relevant parties
The work always focuses on the best interests of the young people and from a holistic perspective.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who wants to work with children and youth with functional variations. Experience working with mental health issues and/or LSS 9:8 is an asset, but not a requirement.
For example, you may be educated as:
· nursing assistant
· social worker
· treatment pedagogue
· social pedagogue
· in healthcare, education, and care or similar
As a person, you are confident in your adult role, can make your own decisions, and enjoy collaboration. You are flexible, solution-focused, and quick to learn new ways of working. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as some computer skills, are assets.

Working hours vary and include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Night shifts are typically sleeping on-call, but awake nights do occur.
