About the Job GUTS is a meeting place in Angered for those who identify as girls. We offer open leisure activities three evenings a week. Here young people can do homework, dance, participate in creative activities, or just hang out and meet friends or talk with us adults. With relationship-based work as our foundation, we work developmentally in a safe and separatist space. We strive for young people to have high participation in the activities where they help shape what we do at GUTS. We work with special holiday activities and have summer jobs with a norm-critical focus. We are now developing regular work in schools in Nordost and will therefore start this fall with an open break program several days a week for Angeredsgymnasiet. We have good collaboration with several organizations and associations to bring in expertise and breadth to our activities.
