If this sounds appealing, you might be the person we're looking for! The most important thing to succeed as a salesman with us is not how many years of experience you have. We value more who you are as a person and that you have the will, attitude, and drive required to succeed in your sales! About the Position You are responsible for your own district and your custom-built truck ("rolling shop"), which is your workplace. You develop sales and build long-term customer relationships in your district by visiting both new and existing customers daily. You demonstrate and show our products' function, quality, and effectiveness to the customers you visit. You ensure your rolling shop is well-stocked and representative. To assist you, you have CRM and business systems, you receive product training during your introduction and ongoing during your employment. Freedom under responsibility and I get to work with what I enjoy and am passionate about! No two days are the same. Important qualities to have in the role as a salesman with us, I would say, is that of course you must be social, love meeting new people, be attentive, and be able to approach people the right way. Always be service-minded and most importantly; Love what you do!! The key to my success as a salesman at Smartab, I think, beyond the above, is that I see every customer as equally important! Large companies to the smallest sole proprietor. Building relationships and being able to see what this particular customer wants or which solution fits best. Work long-term and you must look broadly at your district and not get stuck in a single customer circle!" -Fredrik Brander, District Sales Representative Bohuslän/Dalsland. About You You are driven to make deals and create new customer relationships. You are practical and thrive in an independent role with great personal responsibility. You have a positive attitude and a "I can handle this" mindset. You have natural drive and enjoy creating new contacts and providing excellent service. You are well-organized and have good planning skills. You are accustomed to maintaining good order. You are motivated and driven by clear goals and achieving results. You probably have an interest in motors and vehicles. Qualifications You have at least 2 years of work experience, perhaps from some kind of practical work with customer contact. You have a B driver's license. You speak and write Swedish fluently. You have computer skills. You are willing to obtain a C driver's license, YKB, and ADR, if you don't already have them. We have a good system in place to organize and finance this. If you live within the district, we see that as a plus. The job includes physical work tasks which require that you have the ability to perform them, for example, being able to lift and carry goods in and out of your rolling shop. Other Important Information The position is full-time and we use commission-based pay with excellent opportunities for a high monthly salary. To make you feel secure and have time to build your district, we of course offer a guaranteed salary model, "Smartab's security package," which means a fixed guaranteed income of 35,000 kr/month for the first 12 months.
