About the Role As a Business Developer, you will have a broad and varied role where you work with both strategic business development and operational sales. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the laboratory's production manager and Eurofins' sales organization, while you report directly to the business unit manager for Eurofins Radon. Travel is part of the position. Your tasks include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities in national and international markets. Driving and implementing sales and marketing activities. Developing and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Developing and implementing market and business strategies. Working closely with the laboratory's production operations and Eurofins' sales organization. Contributing to the continued development and growth of the business through your own initiatives. We Are Looking For You If You have a strong business sense and experience in sales and business development. You thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility and are motivated by creating results through both strategic work and personal customer contacts. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Post-secondary education in business development, economics, marketing, or equivalent Documented experience in sales and business development Experience developing customer relationships and driving business deals Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B-class driver's license It is a plus if you have experience in: Laboratory operations, pharmaceutical industry, or other technically oriented operations. Technical education in, for example, radiation science or similar. International sales and business development.
