Here's what a workday at Elos can look like: As an assembler, you become an important part of a team of approximately 15 people, where you work closely together and in close collaboration with other departments. Your workday begins with a start-up meeting where you and your team review objectives, setup, and priorities. Here you get a clear picture of what needs to be done and how you will achieve this together. After the meeting, you go to your assigned workstation for the day – for example, it could be our clean room, an environment with high demands for cleanliness and precision. In your role as an assembler, you will, among other things: Inspect our customers' products according to the requirements. Assemble and package the products. Work with different workflows that require rotation within the work groups. Work in different environments with varying cleanliness requirements. In addition, work tasks also include inspection, labeling, and sealing according to specific quality grades. Each step is crucial to ensure the quality that our customers expect. Working Hours Working hours are scheduled in 2 shifts. CNC Programmer
CNC Programmer specializing in subtractive machining at Elos Medtech in Timmersdala Do you want to be an important part of a team where everyone truly makes a difference? Now we're looking for a CNC programmer who wants to help develop both our processes and our team. Our Machine Park Most of our machines are automatic lathes from Tornos. Bar diameters ranging from 3 millimeters up to 32 millimeters. Materials we machine include titanium and stainless steel. ISO programming as well as CAM programming in NX & Inventor. What You'll Do With Us As a CNC programmer specializing in subtractive machining, you'll work in a team of approximately 10 employees and collaborate closely with several departments to ensure efficient and high-quality production. In your daily work, you'll: Program automatic lathes and mills. Calculate, monitor, and improve cycle times. Provide daily support to production regarding operations and maintenance, which may include operational work during downtime as well as new machine setup. Run in new jobs that you've programmed yourself. Help our CNC operators and keep the machines running. Drive improvement initiatives and find smarter ways to work. Work on skills development and train others in your field. Participate in project meetings both internally and with customers and colleagues within the group. You will be responsible for setting up production on CNC machines and producing finished products. As a CNC Operator, you will work with longitudinal turning and milling in the processing of titanium and stainless steel materials.
