Here's what a workday at Elos can look like:
As an assembler, you become an important part of a team of approximately 15 people, where you work closely together and in close collaboration with other departments.
Your workday begins with a start-up meeting where you and your team review objectives, setup, and priorities. Here you get a clear picture of what needs to be done and how you will achieve this together. After the meeting, you go to your assigned workstation for the day – for example, it could be our clean room, an environment with high demands for cleanliness and precision.
In your role as an assembler, you will, among other things:
Inspect our customers' products according to the requirements.
Assemble and package the products.
Work with different workflows that require rotation within the work groups.
Work in different environments with varying cleanliness requirements.
In addition, work tasks also include inspection, labeling, and sealing according to specific quality grades. Each step is crucial to ensure the quality that our customers expect.
Working Hours
Working hours are scheduled in 2 shifts.
