What you'll do with us
At the water division we analyze samples from, among other things, soil, drinking water, and wastewater. Through our analyses we help customers contribute to a safer environment. In the role you report to and work closely with the Production Manager, who has overall responsibility for the division. You lead and have personnel responsibility for your team of approximately 10–15 people working both day and night shifts.
In your daily work you will, among other things:
Ensure correct staffing and competence within the division.
Lead and develop the division's Lean and improvement work.
Contribute to a good work climate and active occupational health and safety initiatives.
Monitor key metrics and work toward improved delivery reliability.
Manage risks, solve problems, and optimize resource use.
Ensure equipment, maintenance, and service function according to plan.
You'll be part of a division with around 25 colleagues in roles such as laboratory assistants, laboratory technicians, lab technicians, chemists, laboratory engineers, development engineers, and instrument technicians.

Who are you?
We're looking for you as a communicative, structured, and coaching leader with a quality focus and interest in improvement work. You thrive in a day-to-day routine with many parallel processes and have the ability to create clarity, engagement, and momentum in the team.
We'd like to see that you have:
Relevant post-secondary education in chemistry, natural sciences, engineering, economics, or equivalent experience.
Experience in leadership, daily management, or coaching of employees.
Understanding of quality and technical standards.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience working toward goals and driving improvements.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Great weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
