As a personal service technician, you will primarily work with Renault vehicles and become an important part of the customer's entire service experience. The role combines qualified technical work with customer interaction, where you'll have the opportunity to both solve problems and build long-term customer relationships. About the Position As a personal service technician at Brandt Bil, you will primarily work with service, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Renault passenger vehicles. You also have close contact with customers and are responsible for ensuring a safe and professional experience throughout the workshop visit. The role involves planning and executing work in a structured manner and ensuring that vehicles maintain high quality when leaving the workshop. You work both independently and together with experienced colleagues, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As a personal service technician, you'll also have the opportunity to continuously develop your skills through training and professional development in Renault products and the latest vehicle technology. We are Looking for Someone Who Has several years of experience as a vehicle technician or automotive mechanic with solid knowledge of service, repair, and vehicle diagnostics Has formal training in vehicle technology or equivalent experience Has good vehicle technical understanding and a genuine interest in vehicles and technology Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Has good computer skills and understanding of administrative processes Holds a B-category driver's license Meritorious qualifications include Experience with Renault or working with other authorized brands Good English Experience with customer contact and service Ambition to develop and take on more responsibility over time As a Person You Are Social and communicative Service-oriented and solution-focused Thorough and structured Responsible and quality-conscious Positive and a team player Other Information If you have questions about the position, please contact the responsible recruiter Elliot Sahlstrand at [email protected].
