At our facility in Lidköping, we receive and handle material flows from various customers. Here we work with sorting, processing, and load optimization of different types of materials such as iron, metal, electronics, and alternative raw materials. In total, we have nine employees at the facility, and in the team you'll be joining, three people work closely together.
Job Responsibilities
As a production worker, you play an important role in our daily operations. The work is varied and combines machine operation, material handling, and customer contact. A large part of your workday will consist of handling materials with a wheel loader or material handler, but sorting, quality checks, and administrative registrations are also included.
You work with receiving, sorting, weighing, repackaging, and loading material, as well as ensuring it is handled safely and efficiently. You also have contact with drivers, customers, and colleagues to create a good flow through the facility.
Examples of work tasks:
Handle and sort incoming material
Operate wheel loaders and material handlers
Classify different materials
Quality assure outgoing material
Inventory stock
Prepare material for delivery
Register material in our digital systems
Contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment
Support colleagues with other tasks at the facility as needed

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Driver's license (category B)
Upper secondary education or equivalent
Good machine operation skills
Basic computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It's a plus if you have:
Experience with wheel loaders, material handlers, or similar work machines
General material knowledge or experience from recycling, industrial, or production operations
Experience in customer or service-oriented work
