Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will support the institution's managers and help create conditions for them to fully focus on what they do best: being present leaders. In this role, you will work operationally, independently, and broadly across the entire HR field, including recruitment, systematic occupational health and safety work, rehabilitation, competence development, employment law such as terms and agreements, and union negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups at the institution, within the agency, and with external actors such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge working with various personnel systems. At SiS we work in Primula and Reachmee, to name a few systems.
As a new employee at SiS, you will complete SiS basic training.
Qualifications
To perform this work optimally, we require the following:
Academic degree in HR.
Experience with broad operational HR work.
Strong knowledge and current experience in employment law consulting.
Experience with competency-based recruitment.
Experience supporting managers with all HR-related matters.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, systematic occupational health and safety work, and rehabilitation, as well as experience working with these processes.
Meritorious:
Knowledge of civil service employment law.
Experience working with our systems, such as Primula, ReachMee, Refapp, and Diabas.
Very strong administrative capabilities.

Employment:
This position is a permanent, full-time role starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
