As Distribution Division Manager, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water and sewage pipeline network and for ensuring safe and reliable distribution of drinking water as well as the removal of wastewater and stormwater. The division is also responsible for water meter operations. The Division Manager is part of the company's management team and has overall responsibility for the division through two subordinate unit managers, who have personnel responsibility for a total of 37 employees. The role suits you if you can switch between the operational and strategic levels. You need to understand the daily reality of operations and maintenance, be able to engage with employees and build trust, but also have the ability to see what needs to be developed and what direction the operation should take.
