Would you like to contribute as a specialist physician to sustainable return to work for patients with stress-related illness? At EFSO, you'll become part of an experienced team with close collaboration across professional boundaries. Your Workplace The Unit for Stress-Related Illness works with rehabilitation to improve patients' health and increase their activity and functional capacity. The goal is to create conditions for sustainable return to work. Our target group consists of patients with stress-related illness where there is a risk of recurring short-term sick leave or longer periods of sick leave. Patients are referred to us from primary care centers after medical evaluation has been completed. Our treatment approach is based on a thorough assessment of the patient's situation and needs. Treatment is then offered individually or in groups. We work multidisciplinarily, and each profession contributes its expertise to create the best possible conditions for patient rehabilitation. The team includes physicians, psychologists, occupational therapist, physical therapists, and healthcare administrator. The work climate is characterized by collaboration, commitment to our target group, and an unpretentious approach. We help each other and make use of our different expertise across professional boundaries. Your Assignment As a physician in our unit, you assess incoming referrals and conduct medical evaluations as part of patient assessment. You continuously follow up with patients through your own clinic visits and contribute your medical expertise to the team's joint rehabilitation work. The role includes sick leave certification responsibility for the majority of patients treated at the unit. A smaller portion of the position involves coordinating tasks. This may include contact with employers and other relevant stakeholders to plan and support the patient's return to work. Your Profile You are a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry or general medicine and have at least two years of experience working as a specialist. You have authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. We view positively two physicians sharing the assignment and therefore welcome applicants wishing to work part-time or combine the position with another employment. Please indicate in your application what employment level you are interested in. For you to thrive with us, we believe you have a genuine commitment to helping patients return to working life and to a sustainable balance between demands and recovery. You have an analytical and solution-oriented work approach that helps you make well-founded assessments in complex rehabilitation cases. You work in a structured, clear, and consistent manner and have the ability to identify and prioritize what is important. You are confident in your profession and can set and maintain clear boundaries in a respectful and professional manner. You see the value of teamwork and actively share your knowledge. At the same time, you are receptive to other professions' experiences and assessments. Your positive attitude contributes to a good work environment and creates conditions for rewarding collaboration, both within the team and with external stakeholders. We place great importance on personal suitability because we care that you will thrive and become part of our team. Warm welcome with your application. We look forward to getting to know you!
