About Nomeko Nomeko AB is a traditional machine shop located in Molkom. The company has approximately 75 employees and production focused on figure cutting, welding, and cutting operations ranging from piece production to larger series. Together with AB Br. Hedbergs Mekaniska Verkstad in Skattkärr and AB Ekshärads Mekaniska verkstad in Ekshärad and Molkom, we form the core of the Hermano group. About the Role We're seeking a production manager who wants to combine leadership, technology, and production development and who is motivated by creating structure, engagement, and results together with your team. You lead and distribute work in production and are a present manager who has control over people, machinery, and production flows. You become an important link between production and other parts of the company and work closely with, for example, planning, procurement, and other functions. You don't need to be the one who knows the most about every machine or process. However, you need to have a good understanding of cutting operations and CNC production, be confident in making decisions, and be able to lead people in a clear and engaged manner. In your daily work, it involves, among other things: planning, prioritizing, and distributing daily work ensuring efficient production flow in the department following up on quality, deliveries, productivity, and other relevant key metrics ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently actively working on improvements to work methods and processes collaborating with production, planning, procurement, and other functions following up on and developing employees' competence contributing to a good work environment and positive atmosphere in the team Who Are You? We believe you have several years of experience from the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of CNC-controlled production. Perhaps you already have experience in a leadership role. Perhaps you work today as a CNC operator, production technician, setup specialist, team leader, or work supervisor and feel that it's time to take the next step. Production Planner/Scheduler for Manufacturing Industry

Ahead of an upcoming retirement, we are now looking for a Production Planner/Scheduler who wants to take on an important role in our delivery process. Here you'll have the opportunity to work closely with both production and other functions, while also being part of developing our working methods and production planning. About the role As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you are responsible for preparing the right manufacturing documentation and planning production based on our conditions and customer needs. You work closely with Sales, Production Managers, and other functions to create an efficient production flow and ensure we deliver on time and with the right quality.
