We are now seeking a strategic systems architect who wants to take a central role in shaping and developing the company's digital future.
The company is embarking on an exciting development journey where digitalization, information management, and data-driven decision-making are becoming increasingly important for the organization's future. We manage and develop a complex digital environment consisting of business processes, information, IT systems, integrations, data, and digital services.
The role is positioned at the intersection of business and IT and involves significant strategic responsibility for ensuring that our digital solutions support the organization's goals, needs, and development.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the long-term development of the organization's digital systems landscape and actively work to create a well-integrated digital environment where processes, information, systems, integrations, and data work together efficiently.
You drive the strategic development of the organization's digital systems and digital services, and design and guide work on vision, architecture, and roadmap for the organization's digitalization. You ensure that business processes, information, IT systems, integrations, and data develop as a cohesive ecosystem and serve as the link between the business and IT.
In this role, you support the CEO, management, and the organization with strategic analyses, decision-making materials, and recommendations. You drive and coordinate work on consolidating business systems and contribute to the development of data management and digital tools that strengthen the organization's analytical and decision-making capabilities. Through active environmental monitoring, you identify opportunities to use new technology and new ways of working to create business value.
Qualifications
You have academic education in computer engineering, systems science, IT, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You also have several years of experience in strategic work within digitalization or IT, as well as business development supported by digital solutions.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in digital development who thrives in a strategic role with close collaboration between business and IT. You combine technical understanding with a business perspective and have the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and pedagogically.
You have a good understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and data flows, as well as experience in developing strategies, visions, and decision-making materials. You have a holistic perspective and the ability to translate the organization's needs and challenges into long-term and sustainable solutions.
