West home healthcare is the municipality's largest home healthcare area where you'll be part of a larger team with nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You will also carry out targeted interventions and acute assessments. This is a permanent full-time position with working hours of 38.25 hours/week and daytime service every fifth weekend.
