About the Role
The Production Department at VEAB Heat Tech AB consists of approximately 65 operators and 11 office staff, including production management, planning, production engineering, maintenance, and production preparation. Production includes stamping and bending of sheet metal, welding, assembly, warehousing, and electrical wiring.
As a Production Technician, you will work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance, and will be responsible for process improvements, Lean work, process studies, and work with layouts, bottlenecks, and instructions. You will become an important part of the company's continuous improvement efforts and will have the opportunity to influence tomorrow's production.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with experience in production engineering within manufacturing industry and post-secondary technical education. You have a genuine technical interest and good understanding of production processes. Experience with Lean, process optimization, and technical documentation is important. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a merit. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and thrive with many points of contact.
