Central home healthcare is a smaller area where you work in a team with nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Many patient visits are conducted by bicycle. West home healthcare is the municipality's largest home healthcare area where you'll be part of a larger team with nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Varying and stimulating work as a care-responsible nurse where you work in a team with patients and other professionals. You will also carry out targeted interventions and acute assessments. This is a permanent full-time position with working hours of 38.25 hours/week and daytime service every fifth weekend. You'll receive support from an experienced team and have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations.

Who are you?
You are a licensed nurse with strong Swedish language skills in reading, speaking, and writing. You also have good computer skills as we document in various systems, and you have a category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles to navigate our areas.
We consider it meritorious if you have specialist training in elderly care or as a district nurse.
We're looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and enjoys taking responsibility. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well with colleagues. You are solution-focused, stress-resilient, and have a positive attitude.

We also offer health-promoting initiatives and support to people who care for and support a family member. Our goal is for those who need care and assistance in their daily lives to be able to live independently as much as possible.
The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for initiatives within home healthcare and rehabilitation. Services are provided by nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate according to their profession to care staff in other operational areas.
