You contribute to maintaining safety according to our procedures and participate in ensuring that daily activities run smoothly, including schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. Being a contact person is also one of your responsibilities. The work may also include mentoring new employees and interns. Qualifications We are looking for you with a relevant university degree, such as a social worker or other behavioral science education. Alternatively, equivalent experience and knowledge that we assess as equivalent. It is an asset if you have level 1 competence in psychotherapy (family or CBT focus).
