The duties consist of educating care personnel and personal assistants in patient transfer techniques and load ergonomics. This is done through theoretical instruction combined with practical training of the procedures. In addition, when needed, you will travel to personnel at various workplaces and accompany them in their work to provide practical advice on patient transfer techniques and load ergonomics. Furthermore, you will train transfer coaches at the workplaces who in turn will work in their regular work groups and provide colleagues with support in daily transfer procedures. There will be great opportunities to influence both the content of the training and the planning of the training. We are looking for someone who is a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and/or has other relevant experience in patient transfer techniques who enjoys varied independent work and has strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. You have great personal commitment to learning and developing the knowledge of our employees. You should have practical experience from healthcare work and preferably from home care services. In your teaching you can meet employees where they are and build on their strengths, you should adapt the content of your teaching based on the area of activity where the employees work, treat employees with good ethics and sound values, and are not afraid to think innovatively. You are responsible and organized with a good ability to plan your work. You feel great responsibility for your own contribution and for adapting your teaching based on the situation you find yourself in. It is a merit if you have experience of similar work. Since the work includes documentation, good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing are required. A B driver's license for a manual transmission car is a prerequisite for the work. You share the values and approach described in our employee and management policy. About us Within the care administration, we provide care, support and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability or who need home care services. We also offer health promotion initiatives and support to people who care for and support a close relative. Our goal is that those who need care and assistance in their daily lives can live an independent life as much as possible. The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for initiatives within home care services and rehabilitation. The initiatives are carried out by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care personnel in other areas of activity based on their profession. Within the care administration's rehabilitation unit, 37 physiotherapists and occupational therapists work together with 7 rehabilitation assistants. The rehabilitation unit is led by two unit managers where employees work from four locations in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe.
