As a study coordinator, you play a central role in supporting students on their path toward educational goals. Study coordination takes place in close collaboration with teaching teachers and is based on the content and goals of regular instruction. The role includes supporting students' subject knowledge through their mother tongue and Swedish, including explaining subject-specific concepts and content and creating language bridges between languages.
Study coordination is adapted to the student's previous school background, subject knowledge, and linguistic prerequisites, with the goal of the student gradually being able to benefit from instruction increasingly independently in Swedish.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
Speaks Bulgarian very well, both orally and in writing.
Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Has good knowledge of the subjects included in primary school grades 4-9.
Has good IT skills and preferably experience with common school programs, such as Microsoft Teams for Education or Google Classroom.
Experience in study coordination or other pedagogical work is a merit.

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, adapted schools, and culture schools. The department's mission is to coordinate, plan, and support the various operations and work toward coordination between school and working life.
Linnéskolan consists of both a school for grades F-9 and after-school activities for students up to grade 6. The school has approximately 400 students. The school is beautifully located within walking distance of the railway station, making it possible to commute by bus/train.
Work is underway to, together with the municipality's culture school, initiate a cultural profile that, when fully developed, is intended to cover activities from preschool class through grade nine.
