We're now looking for a careful and responsible person for the role of quality inspector at Paroc in Hässleholm. The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Lernia Bemanning. About the Position Quality Inspector As a quality inspector, you have a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards before they move forward in the process. With a sharp eye for detail, you examine products, identify deviations and help maintain Paroc's high standards. Beyond daily work, you actively participate in safety work, improvement projects and 5S initiatives. About You We're looking for someone who is organized and responsible, but who also thrives in a dynamic environment where quick decisions sometimes need to be made. You have a sharp eye for detail, a natural approach to safety and a desire to contribute to the team's success. Experience from process industry or similar production is a merit, but what matters most is your attitude, accuracy and drive to learn new things. After that, the goal is for you to transition to a permanent position at Paroc. Start: Immediately, as agreed. The work is full-time and is currently scheduled on a 5-shift basis. Work 5 days (morning, afternoon and night shifts) followed by 5 days off.
