You will work in a pair with an occupational therapist as part of a team with other professionals in the municipality and collaborate with external parties such as Region Skåne regarding care planning through Mina planer. One position involves working with the occupational therapist toward regular housing and special housing, while the other position focuses on LSS and psychiatry. We work in different priority groups where we help each other with cases and exchange experience. The rehabilitation team meets at APT, priority meetings, and professional meetings where each profession meets to develop and improve operations. We're looking for you who are a licensed physical therapist. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both in reading, speaking, and writing, and are comfortable with computers. You have a driver's license B as travel within the municipality occurs. It is meritorious if you have experience with similar work. About us Within the care administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or who need home health care. We also offer health-promoting services and support to people who care for and support a family member. Our goal is for those who need care and assistance in their daily lives to be able to live as independently as possible. The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for initiatives within home health care and rehabilitation. Services are provided by nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, who also delegate to care personnel in other operational areas based on their profession. Within the care administration's rehabilitation unit, 37 physical therapists and occupational therapists and 7 rehabilitation assistants work. The rehabilitation unit is led by two unit managers with staff operating from four locations in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe.
