Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker or equivalent and who meets the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for managers. We see that you have strong leadership qualities and have worked within social services and/or treatment activities. You have worked in a leadership position and have good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. It is advantageous to have training and/or experience in personnel responsibility, finance, labor law and work environment, BBIC, the 12-step program, motivational interviewing (MI), CBT, TMO and relapse prevention, ASI, etc. We place great importance on personal suitability. For this position, you will be required to provide a criminal record check from the police. A driver's license, category B is required. We see that you have a maximum one hour commute to work. Other Information: Working hours are daytime 40 hours/week. You have trust time and on-call duty occurs. You are part of the management team that meets every third week. Cleaner / Facilities Attendant
We are seeking a hotel cleaner / facilities attendant for Woodlands Country Club, with immediate start. This is a hourly position year-round with the possibility of 100% hours during season. We have 4 houses with 8 beds each & 6 double rooms, restaurants and a lobby that require daily maintenance. It is an advantage if you have previous experience with facilities maintenance, preferably within the hotel industry. You thrive on putting the guest experience in focus and you do so with energy, efficiency and care. Your responsibilities include cleaning of common areas, restaurant and hotel rooms. You are professional and personable in your interactions with both guests & colleagues. In your role, you need to be stress-resistant, thorough and capable of working at a fast pace. The work is scheduled for both weekdays and weekends.
