Manager for Gläntan Young Adults Gläntan Young Adults is a care chain for young adults aged 18-30 with substance dependency, mental health issues, and involvement in criminal activity. Gläntan Young Adults operates residential care, supported housing, and foster family services. We are located in Eskilstuna, Torshälla, Malmköping, and Bettna. Treatment is based on the 12-step program with specific elements of CBT. We are now seeking a Manager who is passionate about our target group and willing to take responsibility for one or more of our units. As a manager, you will be part of Gläntan Young Adults' management team. You will have a holistic perspective regarding the operations you are responsible for. You ensure both staff and residents' wellbeing. You ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation/licensing and that treatment maintains high quality, you lead staff, manage budgets, conduct risk and suitability assessments, are responsible for work environment and goal achievement, and have personnel responsibility. Collaboration, flexibility, and good relationships with social services are of utmost importance. You will also be part of the management team's on-call group and will have on-call duty certain weeks. We have 4 houses with 8 beds each & 6 double rooms, restaurants and a lobby that require daily maintenance.
