About the Position Work Location: Finspång Work Hours: 2-shift + weekends (with rotation weeks) / Night shift Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediate / by agreement As a CNC operator, you will work monitoring and running CNC-controlled machines where you ensure that production follows drawings, measurements, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing inspections, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable. About You We are looking for a self-reliant and experienced CNC operator who is used to working carefully and methodically through the entire process. You have the ability to perform measurements, quality checks, and troubleshooting on your own when needed and thrive in an environment where structure and precision are important. You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and collaborate when needed. Experience with forklift operation is a natural part of the role, and you contribute with stability, organization, and a strong quality focus in production.
