International Trade and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities As an International Trade and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the company's international trade and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and coordinating import and export shipments. Ongoing contact with international suppliers and transport companies. Handling customs and trade documentation. Monitoring of production, orders, and deliveries. Coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel. Verification of freight documents, invoices, and delivery documents. Planning of purchases together with company management. Monitoring inventory status and delivery planning. Administrative reporting related to international trade and logistics. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: At least five years of experience working in international trade, import/export, or logistics. Experience with international supplier relationships. Strong knowledge of customs handling and international transport processes. Experience with order management and logistics administration. Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Post-secondary education in logistics, international trade, or similar is a plus. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Responsible and thorough. Structured and solution-oriented. Independent with good collaboration skills. Accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Service-oriented with strong communication skills. Employment Full-time (100%) Permanent position with an initial probationary period by agreement. Monthly salary by agreement. Work location: Stockholm.
