We are now seeking a Team Lead in automation engineering for an exciting industrial company in development! About the Company The company is a well-established Swedish industrial enterprise with extensive experience developing and manufacturing customized automation solutions for industry. You will become part of a dedicated team in a family-oriented organization with short decision-making processes, high technical expertise, and significant development opportunities. About the Position As a Team Lead in automation engineering, you will combine hands-on work in programming and automation with responsibility for leading and planning the team's daily operations. You will be an important link between production and daily operations with focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work • Work operationally with PLC and HMI programming • Support the team during testing and commissioning • Ensure routines and safety regulations are followed • Collaborate with other departments and maintain ongoing communication • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of working methods The position is based on daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur both within Sweden and internationally. About You We are looking for someone with experience in automation and industrial operations and previous experience in a leadership role, such as team lead or group lead. We believe you: • Have knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drive systems • Have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Starter • Are confident, responsible, and solution-oriented • Enjoy combining technology and leadership • Work in a structured manner and collaborate easily • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience with other control systems and work with end customers.
