About the Position Work Location: Finspång Work Hours: Day shift Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediately / by agreement As a CNC operator, you will work monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing inspections, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain efficient, safe, and stable production. About You We are looking for a self-reliant and experienced CNC operator who is accustomed to working carefully and methodically throughout the process. You have the ability to independently perform measurements, quality controls, and troubleshooting when needed, and you thrive in an environment where structure and precision are important. You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and collaborate when needed. Experience with forklift operation is seen as a natural part of the role, and you contribute with stability, organization, and a strong focus on quality in production.
