We are now seeking a Team Lead in electrical assembly for an exciting and growing industrial company! About the Position As a Team Lead in electrical assembly, you will combine hands-on assembly work with responsibility for leading and coordinating the daily work of your team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production flow and serve as a link between production, engineering, and other departments. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, plan, and allocate daily work within electrical assembly • Participate in daily assembly work and provide operational support to the team • Ensure quality, order, and compliance with procedures and safety regulations • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments • Introduce and mentor new employees and interns • Follow up on work, report deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts The position is based on daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone with experience in industrial electrical assembly who enjoys combining practical work with leadership. You are accustomed to working systematically in a production environment and collaborate well with other functions. We Believe You: • Have education in electrical work, automation, or equivalent experience • Have experience in industrial electrical assembly and electrical installations in machinery • Are comfortable reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables • Have the ability to lead and allocate daily work • Are solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative • Master Swedish and English in speaking and writing • Hold a class B driver's license and have access to a vehicle It is an advantage if you have experience in a leadership role, electrical programming, or work with machine installations and international environments.
