This is initially a consulting assignment of 12 months via Unik Resurs with excellent opportunities for extension. Duties and Responsibilities Do you want to be part of developing the production of the future through Lean and continuous improvements? For Siemens Energy, we are now seeking an experienced Lean Consultant who wants to contribute to the development of Additive Manufacturing operations. Here you will have a central role in creating a more efficient, standardized, and visually managed production environment. As a Lean Consultant in Additive Manufacturing, you will support the organization in developing structured and sustainable working methods according to Lean principles. An important focus of the assignment is to implement and further develop 5S, standardized work procedures, and create structure and order in the production environment. You will also initiate, drive, and support various process improvements with the goal of optimizing flows, reducing waste, and creating conditions for long-term improvement work. The role involves close collaboration with both operators and management, where you contribute with both methodology and practical support in the change process. Your Main Responsibilities Implement and further develop 5S within AM production. Develop and establish standardized work procedures. Identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste in processes and production flows. Conduct and support value stream analyses. Develop visual management and procedures for daily management. Facilitate improvement workshops and training initiatives in Lean. Support the organization in root cause analyses and development of improvement measures. Engage operators and management in continuous improvement work. Contribute to establishing a long-term and sustainable Lean culture within the organization. Your Profile Documented experience in Lean. Experience from Lean transformations in production environments. Practical experience with 5S and standardized work. Experience with process and flow improvements. Knowledge of visual management and daily management. Experience with root cause analysis and waste reduction. Experience facilitating workshops and/or training. Strong experience in change management. Very good proficiency in Swedish, as Swedish is a requirement for this assignment. As a person, you need to be able to translate Lean principles from theory into practical improvement work in production. You are comfortable driving change together with the organization and have the ability to create engagement and participation from both operators and management.
