About the position Location: Finspång Employment level: Full-time Working hours: Daytime (on-call may be included in the position in the future) Employment type: Direct recruitment with initial probationary period at client Start date: By agreement As a maintenance mechanic, you will be part of an experienced team of approximately 10–15 people responsible for maintaining the entire machine fleet within processing. The role involves broad mechanical responsibility where you work both preventatively and reactively, with strong focus on safety, quality, and operational reliability. Your responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems Participation in improvement work and technical projects Documentation of completed work and machine status On-call service according to schedule after introduction About you We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, and responsible—a mechanic with genuine interest in maintenance work. You work methodically, are self-driven, and have a high focus on safety and quality. Collaboration and team spirit are important to you, while you also thrive taking your own responsibility and making decisions in your daily work. You are thorough, orderly, and have the ability to maintain good pace even when there is much to do.
