The Role As an Operations Technician, you have a central role in production and are responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment operate during your shift. You handle both acute failures that arise (your main focus in the coming year) and work with preventive maintenance to ensure stable operations. The technical areas include mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics. You report to the Production Manager but work closely with the technical department, which consists of the Technical Manager and two Maintenance Technicians. There are also two production coordinators who follow their shifts. The role involves 2-shift/rotating 2 weeks, 6:30–15:00 or 14:55–23:00 (21:00 on Fridays). Who Are You? We see that you have mechanical engineering training and at least 2 years of experience in technical/maintenance work within industry with a focus on machinery/mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics.
