About the Position
Nordic Waterproofing is seeking a hands-on and driven Process Engineer for its facility in Höganäs.
Here you will work closely with processes, production equipment, and colleagues, taking on a key role in the company's development and improvement initiatives. Sustainability requirements and new product variants drive the pace of change, combined with continuous improvement work focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
The role combines on-site production presence with structured analysis and improvement work, giving you significant opportunity to influence the company's development and results. You will be part of the factory management team and report to the factory manager.
Your Main Responsibilities
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment, has a good understanding of processes, and enjoys working closely with people and equipment. You have several years of experience from process industry, preferably from chemicals, paper, food, or equivalent. You are technically minded and ideally have technical training as well.
We believe you:
• Are curious, proactive, and self-driven with the ability to prioritize in a varied workday
• Have experience with structured improvement work and improvement tools
• Are analytical and systematic and experienced in data-driven work
• Have strong interpersonal skills, collaborate well, and thrive in a role with many contacts
• Are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and can communicate in English
