Job Description
As a Family Home Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assess family homes and provide support and supervision to family home providers during placement periods. You will participate in planning and delivering training, lectures, and social events, and will attend follow-up meetings and collaboration meetings related to placements.
Your position is home-based, and a significant portion of your work will involve traveling to visit the family homes. Travel to in-person meetings and supervision sessions will also be part of your role. Your onboarding and certain work as a new employee will be conducted at our offices.
Your role is to work in close collaboration with family home providers and contribute to creating positive development for children and their families.
We are seeking a Family Home Consultant who will primarily work around northern Skåne/Kronoberg/Halland/Blekinge and work from your home.

Beyond the above, you are a perceptive and empathetic person who is comfortable providing continuous support and guidance, with a strong focus on identifying suitable families who can provide the best care and support for the child.
We view it positively if you have personal experience as a family home provider.
In addition to the above qualities, we require the following competencies and knowledge:
You hold a degree in Social Work (Socionom) or an equivalent university degree
At least 2-4 years of experience supervising family home providers
Supervisor training
Valid driver's license category B and access to your own vehicle is required. Access to a company car/service vehicle may become available in the future.

Extensive driving is part of the position, and you will work from your home
You have flexible working hours, meaning you plan your own work schedule while it is expected that you will dedicate some working hours to evenings and weekends based on operational needs
