QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an academic education with a focus on IT, information management, information security or another focus that is deemed relevant for the position, or work experience that we consider equivalent. You have experience with database queries and are used to analyzing the results. Furthermore, information security is something you are passionate about and you have several years of experience working in the field and have worked with security protection according to Swedish security protection legislation. Developing and creating processes and governing documents is something you have experience with from previous work. You are good at communicating and have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have experience working in public service. Duties The position includes conducting research and teaching. Work tasks related to research involve driving the production of publications and research applications in collaboration with senior researchers within the field. Research also includes collaboration with external partners, working for internationalization, and actively participating in the development of research within the field. Teaching is conducted primarily in the nursing program and our specialist nurse programs with specializations in district nursing, elderly care, intensive care, and anesthesia. In addition, supervision of theses (students' independent work) and assessment of examination assignments at basic and advanced levels, as well as some administrative tasks, are included. Work tasks and specific areas of responsibility and their scope are determined by operational needs and may be changed accordingly in consultation between the employee and the employer. The research proportion in the position is initially 50%; this proportion can be adjusted based on needs that arise in the field or when participating in externally funded projects. Place of work: Gävle. Qualifications The position requires a doctoral degree in the field of nursing care/nursing science or a corresponding area that the employer considers equivalent.
