DUTIES Do you want a job where your expertise really makes a difference? As a nurse in home healthcare, you have the opportunity to meet people in the place where they feel safest—their own home. You become an important person in the patient's daily life and get to use your expertise to create security, independence, and quality of life. Independent work with the team close by In home healthcare, you work independently, but you are never alone. You have close collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, home care services, and other care personnel. Together, you plan and follow up on care based on the patient's needs. • perform medical assessments and take responsibility for health and medical interventions in the patient's home • plan, implement, and follow up on care and home visits • work in a patient-centered and preventive manner to strengthen the patient's health and well-being • collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, home care services, and other actors • supervise and delegate work tasks to care personnel • document and work in our management systems • work in our consulting operations on evenings and weekends QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Licensed Registered Nurse • Experience as a Registered Nurse • Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech, writing, and reading comprehension • Driver's license category B and driving experience It is a merit if you have experience in municipal health and medical care and knowledge of any of our management systems, such as Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, or Pascal. You are professional in your manner, inspire confidence, and easily adapt to the patient's needs and different situations. During these times, you work in our consulting operations, which includes care and residential facilities, home healthcare, and LSS and social psychiatric services.
