Within the department, approximately 150 employees work in an operation that encompasses around 1,200 participants in labor market programs and projects, as well as around 3,000 students in the combined adult education programs. Läroviken is Sandviken Municipality's unit for adult education. Läroviken is responsible for Swedish for Immigrants education, Lärvux, basic education, upper secondary education, vocational education, as well as post-secondary and supplementary education. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will teach Swedish as a second language in SFI. Läroviken has continuous student intake, and we expect you to be attentive and able to adapt and individualize your teaching according to students' needs and learning styles. You will work in a team with high ambitions and developed digital instruction. One of our tools is blogs in all groups. Läroviken uses varied teaching methods conducted in several different ways. You need to be prepared for the operation to change, and flexibility is of great importance. Subject Qualification: Swedish as a Second Language QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—an educated and certified teacher with at least 30 credits in Swedish as a second language. If you do not have this, there is an opportunity to complete it while you work. You have a positive approach when meeting people and demonstrate great commitment to your work.
