Other: Selection and interviews are ongoing About the Assignment In this role, you will be part of the finance function with a focus on the accounts payable process. You are responsible for ensuring an efficient and correct flow of supplier invoices and work closely with both colleagues and internal stakeholders to contribute to quality delivery. The role also involves responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with Swedish legislation and internal guidelines. The assignment is located in Sandviken with the possibility of some remote work. On-site presence is expected approximately one to two days per week. Tasks You will work with, among other things: Preparation, scanning, verification, and registration of supplier invoices Handling of payment reminders Update and administration of supplier data Following up on needs and requirements from internal stakeholders Ensuring quality and compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements Support to colleagues and collaboration within the team Who We Are Looking For For this assignment, we are looking for someone with finance education at upper secondary school level or equivalent work experience. You thrive in a role where accuracy, structure, and service are important success factors and want to continue developing within the finance field. We believe you have: Relevant education At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance tasks Knowledge of SAP Good Excel skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are positive, open-minded, and responsible. You work independently while also enjoying collaboration with others and contributing to good team spirit.
