JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a substitute, you are an important part of the daily work in our preschools and schools. You replace regular staff during short-term absences, often on short notice. The role involves being active in learning and social development and participating in outdoor activities, regardless of weather. In preschool (ages 1-5), you contribute by: • Supporting children in play, group activities, and planned activities • Assisting with meals, diaper changes, and bathroom visits In school (preschool class–grade 9), you contribute by: • Leading lessons and following the curriculum plan • Supporting after-school programs for younger students We make each other better by: • Collaborating and leveraging each other's competencies • Creating an inclusive and safe environment • Being flexible and solution-focused QUALIFICATIONS Working as a substitute requires the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and create a sense of security for children and students. Fäbogårdens Förskola is located in Vallhov next to the school with good public transportation. We have proximity to forest and nature that we use in our teaching. Fäbogårdens Förskola has 4 departments, 2 for the youngest children and 2 for children ages 3-5. Jernvallens Förskola is located adjacent to Jernvallsskolan and consists of three departments. Two departments with older children and one department with younger children. The preschool has spacious and fresh facilities that inspire play, learning, and creativity.
