We are seeking a dedicated specialist physician in psychiatry who wants to help develop acute psychiatric care in Hälsingland. With us, you will have a varied and stimulating role where you combine work at the psychiatric emergency department with close collaboration with our psychiatric care team, SPOT.
Adult psychiatry in Hälsingland provides outpatient care, inpatient care, and acute psychiatric services. SPOT offers qualified psychiatric interventions in patients' home environments and is an important complement to inpatient care.

DUTIES
As a specialist physician with us, you will have a varied role focused on acute psychiatric assessments, consultations, and mobile care services.
Your role as a specialist physician includes, among other things:
• Conducting acute psychiatric assessments and treatment
• Providing medical support to SPOT and mobile care services
• Providing consultations to primary care
• Providing consultations to hospitals in Bollnäs and Hudiksvall
• Collaborating with municipalities, ambulance services, somatic care, and other actors
• Contributing to the development of acute psychiatric care and care pathways.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, has a good ability to make independent medical assessments, and enjoys working in an acute and changing environment. You have a professional approach, good collaboration skills, and can communicate clearly with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You are flexible and solution-oriented and want to contribute to cohesive and accessible psychiatric care.
As a specialist physician, you should have
• A specialist physician degree in psychiatry
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language at C1 level.
