County Adult Psychiatry Falun/Säter has a regional mandate in adult psychiatry and is responsible for the care and treatment of patients in acute psychiatric conditions. The operations are divided between Falun and Säter. In Säter, there is the region's only psychiatric acute care clinic as well as units 90 and 95. In Falun, there is a dependency center, a general psychiatric inpatient ward, LARO, and ECT services. Unit 90 in Säter serves patients with severe psychiatric conditions and a significant need for intensive care and observation, such as in cases of psychosis and manic episodes. Many patients are cared for according to LPT. The unit has 10 care beds and high staffing around the clock. About the Operation We are now seeking temporary care workers/nursing assistants for Department 95 in Säter for service during day, evening, night, and weekend shifts with the possibility of also working on Department 90. The General Psychiatric Clinic Falun & Säter has a regional mandate within adult psychiatry with the primary task of caring for and treating patients in acute psychiatric conditions. The clinic's operations are located in both Säter and Falun. In Säter, there is the region's only psychiatric emergency department as well as Departments 90 and 95. In Falun, there are a dependency center, a general psychiatric department, a clinic for eating disorders, and an ECT clinic. Department 90 in Säter has 10 care beds and is the region's only psychiatric intensive care unit with high staffing around the clock. Patients with serious psychiatric symptoms are cared for here, where there is a risk that the patient may harm themselves or others. Care is often provided with support from the Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). Department 95 in Säter is a general psychiatric department with 14 care beds for patients with various psychiatric diagnoses in a calmer phase of their treatment. Patients are cared for according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) or the Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). On both departments, doctors, nurses, and care workers work together in teams with a patient-centered approach.
