About the Organization Vansbro Health Center is a rural health center in the scenic western Dalarna region, with approximately 6,500 registered patients. Our team includes doctors, nurses, district nurses, midwives, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counselors, and medical secretaries. Job Responsibilities As a medical secretary with us, you will have varied and interesting tasks. Together with other medical secretaries, you provide administrative support and serve as an important resource for the entire health center. You will work closely with other professional categories and contribute to smooth, efficient operations and good patient contact. Your responsibilities include reception work, medical record documentation, referral and mail handling, telephone calls, and system administration. Medical record documentation work is conducted in collaboration with other health centers in Region Dalarna. Qualifications We are looking for someone trained as a medical secretary with one of the following qualifications: · Medical Secretary Program 120 credits · Healthcare Administration Program 180 credits · Medical Secretary Vocational Training 400 points · 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation training The work is varied and requires the ability to independently prioritize and organize different tasks.
