At the clinic, we currently have a clinic manager, clinic coordinator, 5 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, and 12 dental nurses working in close collaboration. We're a cheerful group working for high quality while also enjoying our work. We prefer to delegate and have close collaboration with the county's specialist dental care. The clinic is well-positioned with regular patient calls for both adults and children, which allows us to offer the dentist varied work tasks and an interesting and developmental job. We value good atmosphere and strong workplace camaraderie. We work shifts and have shortened working hours. This provides variety for staff, the opportunity to get daylight even during the dark season, and allows for good balance between work and leisure. About Hedemora Hedemora is a charming small town in southern Dalarna with proximity to both nature and city life. There are swimming lakes, jogging trails, bike paths, a golf course, skiing, and a rich outdoor life. Commuting options by bus and train are within walking distance. Work Tasks As a general dentist with us, you work with patients of all ages and with varying treatments within the full scope of general dental care. For those with experience, there is also the opportunity to mentor newly graduated dentists and dental students. The clinic is modern and well-equipped with a digital impression scanner, panoramic X-ray, digital X-ray, and the T4 patient record system. For newly graduated dentists, we offer introduction and mentoring both at our home clinic and through the mentoring clinic Origo in Falun. We know that mentoring is of great importance for a newly graduated dentist, and the Origo mentoring clinic is a step in ensuring that everyone has the same conditions for a good start in the profession.
