JOB DUTIES Within the municipality's Social Services Department, the main task is to work with people in need of support, assistance, and care to manage their daily lives. We are now seeking engaged temporary staff for both day and night shifts at our fine residential facility Skålmogården. Skålmogården has 36 care apartments distributed across 4 different units on 2 floors. All work roles involve varying work hours, with times scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. We also have a need for staff willing to work nights. Your work tasks include: • providing care, assistance, and support to residents and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs. • creating a meaningful daily life for the individual in cooperation with their surroundings and working solution-focused to meet the individual's needs without restricting their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence. • providing the residents with security in their own home. • you follow our routines and guidelines QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and finds it easy to put themselves in others' situations.
